Ask this in case I might encounter a tank like Pudge that use heart to make them become more tanky and make heartstopper's aura useless.

heartstoppers aura doesnt cancel HoT's regen

it doesnt deal damage, ir applies a debuff that reduces ur HP (mechanically those two are different things)

HoT's regen so fast that it can cover up heartstopper aura according to my understanding of necrophos and heart of tarrasque and beside from right-clicking what can cancel HoT's regen?

It's stopped from all hero or roshan source damage I think

Not sure, but if Radiance is not considered to be a debuff like HSA, but a damage, you may try it
It does reset blink dagger's cd though, when HSA doesn't

Heartstopper's Aura debuff will work simultaneously. How to break HoT? Damage from hero/Roshan. 5/7 sec CD.
HP Removal (i.e. the Aura) will not disable it. Radiance (after damage reduction) should disable HoT, it probably does.
