Lion is squishy and does easily but outs out a ton of disable and has one of the best landing presence in the game. He's pretty decent, he just has his downsides.

No, but I can tell you that's shit right away because you need at least some attack speed to get the combo off. Sometimes you need to skip the Orchid and if you don't have some attack speed then you can't kill anyone

But you'll have a harder time jungling and without PT + Soul Ring you have no mana to farm fast.
Therefore it's cheaper to get a tp for 75 gold with the common items

I guess I can try it once but I just can't see this working especially when I lane against OD, Invoker or DP these days
