there are a lot of people with the same MMR as pro players but they aren't on big teams because you have to be in the right place at the right time.
do NOT give up other things in life to try to be pro. If it happens, it happens. That said, good luck!

I'm only 23 and I have loved dota since war craft 3 like 8-10 years ago.
Dota is gonna be around for a longgg time. It just needs to keep adapting and evolving.
