Does Night Stalker's Ultimate limits the vision of the carrier / consumer of Moonshard at night time?

Does ultimate limit the vision of Luna at night time which she gets from Lunar Blessing passive?

NS Darkness reduces vision of all heroes to 675, Luna's passive adds 1000 on top of it, so 1675. Also, Moon Shard will also grant additional vision.
I believe even the courier will have it's vision reduced to 675.

So any vision bonuses are applied after the reduction then? That's good to know.
