It doesn't matter where you play, you're either, good or bad. The only place where even good players suffer is SEA, total cancer, nothing but total ignorance, and lack of respect on those servers.

EU has highest mmr inflation. But i would consider lowest ping.

I am in the middle of America but my ping is double on us west so I only play east

dude us east is honeslty very easy compared to europe west, at least from ~10-20 games under 5k avg mmr.
people dont counterpick ( i could pick morf first and there would be no counter), they play 5 carries (from most of the games ive seen)
and they do weird shit ( at least something different from europe west).

mb the skill is not lower than in eu, but the picks/strats are autist level (4500 = 3500 in terms of that)
