Who added additional heroes to thegame? where Huskar, Slark, Invoker and "newer" heroes in dota 1 I mean.

Is it the players or IF himself?
And also who created new items like Mango etc?

Those heroes were either heroes or standard units or creeps in WC3 if I recall correctly.
