Pick a good strong lineup with a gameplan
Ex:
You build arround to end the game ~35 min bec they picked some greedy sup first
->
-you pick lane winners(dp,ench,tide etc)
-a snowballing carry that deals tower dmg (drow,clinks etc)
-when u have big cd ults u need a plan for the down time
-while doing this get combos and couter the enemy and think about what hero is a good first pick and what should go to the last picks (u actually pocked slark,a greed first pos 2nd after jug wtf?)

Pick my allies their preferred hero, Ban the enemy most used hero (with a high winrate), Listen to who they (allies) want and explain them why I should pick it or not.
