If u have ALL stats good, then maybe but since u have shitty stats in normal skill games, very high skill will be just a dream. Sorry.

Average 398 GPM is very, very poor. Your stats are bad. You will be in low 2k i expect. You have even very bad win ratio. You have to learn a lot. No chance to reach high skill in near future.

Dude please dont create a smurf account if you are bad. Just climb with your main. I am brand new player in Dota 2...playing 2 months and i am now near high skill. Climbed from 2,2k to 2,9k in one month. So it is possible.
But many guys there already wrote that you should climb with your main. You need skill and smurf will not help you with this, because you belong to trash tier now.

I went 7-3 in calibration with 20-30 assists per game and 350+ gpm/xpm while safe lane supporting and got ranked at 1.3k. Have fun in 1k.

I hope I can get 1.3 when I am finally able to play my games to calibrate

You should of random and hope to get jug

if u are comfortable with jugg go for it. but the next 5 games wont change to much about ur mmr. the hidden mmr u got in ur games before calibrating is ur starting mmr for the calibrating games.
you had only normal skill games before so u wont get VHS for sure even if u win the next 10 games in a row. also i doubt that u will get HS.
i think u will calibrate around 2.2 k.

making a smurf to calibrate again makes no sense at all. if u were NS before u will also be NS on ur smurf. If i start a smurf i get in the VHS pool after my first 10 games. just work on urself and try to get better. u are as shitty as ur bracket if u cant raise ur mmr.

u are on normal skill bracket with 46 % winrate ( i have no idea why u are spamming invoker when u are not good with him !! )
i dont know about your gpm or Exp/m or last hits but the one thing i know for sure is u should be lucky to even get (( 1k ))

my suggestion is, u need to at least get more impact to the team and win the games. slow but sure ur mmr will increase from normal to high. . .
