^hire me as a coach I abuse with my friends normal games so I can have high winrate
learn to watch replay, learn your own mistakes and weaknesses, then try to improve every matches.
play few matches, study all your replays, then apply them to your new matches.
that is how I reached 5k.

I want to recalibrate my MMR, since i did with 100 games, but after 30 games i stoped, i know that i can spam some heroes to farm mmr, but i think it will take to much time, and i like to play various heros with diferent mechanics and playstyle.
So how many games do i need to get acces to ranked in a new account.
