My advice is not to worry about skill bracket. Learn the game, basics to advance mechanics, the heroes, the roles, the timing, your play style, counterpicks, and what to do in a bad game. When and if you are able to do all this, regardless of how the game goes or what skill bracket you play at, you'll enjoy the game more.
Every game is a challenge, from counterpicking to warding to getting bad/rude team mates to total idiots and trolls. Learn to overcome these and the game becomes fun, whether you win or lose, just try hard. There is nothing wrong with trying hard and its better than not trying at all. Those who are winning games and saying they are not even trying are full of shit players who have a lot to prove but can prove nothing.
Just play the game and have fun.
