i get that sometimes as well, normally it is when i press alt and then press a so just be careful.

Check your setting bro. You might actually swap those a and alt button.

that is the smart a click they added a few months ago. It will attack the closest thing to your mouse instead of everything on the way to your click. Im not sure how to turn it on or off tho.

I think you might tick quick attack in the option. Try disable it.
