Go to your options then to audio and look at Unit Speech. If its turned down completely you won't hear anything. also check the option under it.

When i played doto a day ago... I noticed that my hero were not emitting any sounds... And the loudest music is from the background music, followed by announcers then hero voice in terms of volume... Normally the heroes voice is the loudest...
I thought my sound card and headphone is the issue but i played without them and the sound levels are the same...
What is wrong?
