General Discussionskill bracket

I would like to know this too, I have been playing a lot of SK and Ursa feeling i doing ok but still NS games. I dont mind to much but still get a lot of games where people want to throw it, for example had someone afk for ages the other day during a game as IO when he came back he would just teleport me into their base (fountain) to kill me.

Just want some games where people want to win and improve their skill level. Hoping when i can Play Ranked games that will change.
Guess I really need to improve. been watching a lot of guides to help.
