If he's partying with low MMR players the match bracket will probably considered as Normal Skill.
He is in party same as me,I have 4k party mark but both of my friend have about 2.8K so when I party with them I am in NS last time and HS now (3 of our mark raise) and avarage of about 3.4k in both dire and radi
