Countering naga's split push? He want to be ready with crowd control spell when the naga get her radiance?
im not a specialist but i think it was popular a few years ago(atos on voker), check vurtune, he likes to do this skill build.
^Also ddz highest MMR from SEA as of now. He likes to build like that before even in competetive fight; Atos and Diffusal Blade with Invoker and he's owning so bad!
it was not about the split push , he actually killed the naga 2 times in the laning stage
i can sort of understand his item choices but why would he max quas over wex?

i was watching this invoker play earlier , i think hes around 6k and he went a very unusual build

he started with boots against a naga mid ,skillbuild 1-1-3 by lvl 5 and by that point he started spamming meteor and cold snap on her , he also maxed exort first and quas second leaving only 1 point in wex
