i can barely get 30 fps, and i member a time when i had 120 fps in dota

maybe it is test server - i'm getting between 80-140 but I used to be maxed out at 180fps in 6.88

i have 20 fps in test client
will probably be fixed even in test client

its packet loss, not really fps drop, at least in my case. I believe its a server overload due to lots of ppl testing.
