Umm, not everyone reaches lv 25 in every game, I'd say even most games have ended before (at least all) heroes level to 25. Besides, if enemy picks a cancer lv 25 hero, why dont you just aim to destroy fountain before he hits that cancer level?
The +25 agility for drow is pretty useless at this point of the game you don't need it at all. The knockback is way better imo. Same for antimage, 25 agility when he is 25 mean nothing. But the cd on the blink is still usefull.
im a fan of troll too and im expecting like maybe 10 stack of his passive (ez 300 AS) for lvl 25 talent but -7s for both his ability is quite decent actually
the thing is, they killed a +20 to all stats
that +25 agility is a realistic +5 agility from the last patch
Dont let enemy hero get to level 25.
I played 5 games on new patch last night. Only heros to hit 25 were enemy MK and our Doom who hillariously had Crimson Guard, heart, radiance and granite golem aura. He more or less rampaged the enemy team inside their fountain
Most of the games tho ended 25-30'. After a few objectives and fights won, you secure their jungle and its gg

Lvl 25 talents are a fucking joke. Giving +25 agility to some of of the (already obnoxiously popular) agility carries while leaving out the others. For example, look at poor troll, then look at the others.
TROLL WARLORD:
Level 25: -7s Whirling Axes Cooldown OR +20% Magic Resistance
ANTI-MAGE:
Level 25: -2s Blink Cooldown OR +25 Agility
PHANTOM ASSASSIN:
Level 25: +25 Agility OR Double Strike Stifling Dagger
DROW RANGER:
Level 25: +350 Gust Distance/Knockback OR +25 Marksmanship Agility
It's like they want to make a joke out of troll
