I still hold the idea that they didn't give a time, so that when they're late, they aren't technically late.
The new patch seems quite weird, but I hope the patch comes out before i need to go to sleep. It would be nice to test some new things right after release like monkey king

The update hasn't released anywhere yet. We don't know when it will be released in the US, so any guess as to when it releases in India will be speculation.
THE FUCK VALVE!! Why you tell us all the exciting stuff and delay the update? I 've been waiting all day WHEN WILL IT COME FFS!
