I've begun to tp mid w/e my mid is out of bottle charges and they're learning to drop bottle on me to get the refills. I think only one buff rune is allowed to spawn every 2 minutes still and I'm not even sure if it does that every 2 minutes anymore. At either rate, bottle mid, is slowly becoming an obsolete thing by the feel of it. Already was overpriced and wasn't giving great mana regen for an int core mid and now this...
one special rune spawns every 2 minutes (not at 0 minutes), randomly in the river, it doesn't spawn at old rune spots
guys what the hell happened to roshan? some bug in my games where he is top now instead of bottom. wtf how do i fix this

Every 2 mins i check the runes but it doesnt spawn, there are no invisible enemy heroes as well its like runes have spawn boxes now too. this happened like 4 times
