What's your goal bracket?
IMHO It's better to just spend time learning how to actually win games and then grind to your preferred bracket instead of just trying your luck w/ smurfing. Because even if you actually manage to trick the mmr system on your few tries, you will eventually lose all that "bloated mmr" you got from smurfing because you'll fail to keep up with people who actually knows a thing or two about proper dota.
I guess so, im happy in this bracket anyway.
I tend to give lanes to people who want mid or safelane i just play whats available.
