its a support item. remember when it was op when it could go through bkb? its cheaper now and has more armor swing and works on rosh again and is in an early fight / rosh meta

I saw slasher way to pa with medallion its really good tbh. I think if your team already have a bloodtorn and you want to kill a specific target solar crest is your choice on ls. Ls is rlly good with evasion too. Its also almost a double of deso minus armor which means that hero like centaur that got attack by a deso compared to solar crest is relatively the same damage.

pretty sure it's close to hotd levels of good, 12 armor and 25 evasion in a weaver slardar sf meta, all transferable and dirt cheap

It could prob be decent on LS for the bonus armor, I think it could also be good on LC.

IMO this should be a core item of a role 3 or 4 on a burst physical dmg team even before the buff.

About magical damage, it is less than 15% of his total damage. So far from half... also when he focuses one target in chono - damage from his ranged teammates will be amplified by solar 100% of times, compared to a solarcrest on support (more than 50% chance the suport will not set it right away)

medallion is an early game item and your magic damage is most of your early game damage sir. that is why you buy hotd because your creep makes chrono way better and you have more attack speed = more damage and also it gives hp regen that void actually needs unlike armor / %mana regen

maybe not MOST but its at least 30-40% which in my personal opinion makes it inefficient

lmao, just played a game against void and every time he chronoed weaver i put this shit on him and he became invulnerable, its ridiculous

he bought mkb and i was the only source of evasion on my team

it was good before but 2700 and 10 armor is a huge difference from 2450 and 12 armor

items dont need a 50% buff to be op, 10% cheaper and 20% more armor is well enough to push some items into broken territory

the item got buffed by 20%

and the rosh change is big. the old medallion did full reduction to rosh and now it does that again

I think lifestealer solar crest is very good because its very cheap and deals a lot of damage. Also when you burst someone down you probably already have your 12 armor back.

or you could get deso. you lose the armor when u use it and you no longer can purge the debuff off

Evasion is also good right? Deso dont grant armor so its kinda the same. If you buy solar crest you get 5 more armor reduction 25 evasion and more mana. The inly downside is 50 damage though
