does it ever happened to you?
i am spamming quite a lot of Mirana lately and noticed that sometimes the second star that should fall is not falling at all.

EDIT: i am talking about the ACTIVE skill.

There is no second instance from the passive anymore. It's only from the active.

The main radius for the spell is 650 units but the secondary star will only fall on enemies within 425 units of Mirana. If all the enemies are within 650 units but further than 425 units the spell will work but the secondary star will not fall since there are no enemies close enough.
