I saw n0tail doing this pre-Basher, his AM was very active around the map and facilitated the teamfight clean up and pushing with HotD. I didn't realize it was good until I remembered that as AM pre-Basher, your chase potential is very good but you don't have a window to actually just right click the enemy and deal damage, as they will always be moving. Most of the time you will hit once then Blink again because the enemy ran. With OoV you can hit multiple times before you need to Blink again to go to a comfortable position.

You can't really use pro team's strat in pub, pro teams punishes 4v5 real hard so he had to join at least
And look! OG drafted a lineup with great initiation and teamfight power, AM is the sole carry(so he has to join fights in order to dish out damage), like that would happen in pub games
Also, Tiny is really shit, why did they even pick that shit anyways.
Pub people would start getting discouraged if their AM decides to join bunch of fights instead of focusing on getting his items
