I've played 2 games with a 3k mmr player. 1 loss and 1 win
But when I looked at dotabuff it shows Normal Skill
What's the meaning of this

Well if its 3k below Normal skill then if its 3.5k above high and very high skill?

Skill bracket is determinded by the average mmr of the match. It means that if you have a 4k in your team and a 2k the bracket will still be normal skill because average is 3k.
