His normal attacks will be using semi auto rifle. His shrapnel will be from his noobtube at his rifle, then the assasinate will be sniper draw his anti material rifle from his back and start to aim with custom aim effects at hero instead of above hero.
I think they should do a support one, since most have bee carry ones and not enough people play support. I'd vote for Jakiro, Skywrath, Witch dr or maybe Venge but you'd see everyone buy it and go carry venge.
Else a strength guy who's not super obnoxious would be nice like wraith king or dragon knight.
A new hero will have an arcana before they will release the arcana winner in ti7 and probably a new huge patch like

I would want Enchantress or IO to have Arcana if possible.
Time to have a invoker arcana where he actually becomes son goku, like chaos meteor becomes energy ball plus flying fucking invoker with aura
