Dunno, only had nice Teammates when i played in Captains Mode.
Otherwise i only had maybe 15 Games out of 1600 with nice Teammates.
Just typical 2k things.

i got some really nice teammates in 2 games in a row... is it cuz i'm also a bit less toxy?
