              Communication is important with team.

This was a little crucial match but me and my friend used mic to communicate if I didnt used the mic I could have died many times diving into clash without telling him that I can set a combo.

Also, just try to find a community (with a dota chat room) with cool peeps in it, and just queue up with some of them.

Talk to your team. Unmute the toxic one. Yes. The thing is to just create a positive mental attitude towards the game. As to my personal experience, I tend to tilt when I talk and react to the toxic guy. Just find the toxic person and mute him right away.

The answer is: you don't. Instead, you try to cooperate, communicate, and coordinate. You need to be the one reaching out to your team and give them advice and/or ask them for advice, be the one that gets your team's morale up. It doesn't magically turn them into miracle, but you make them play better because they are having fun while playing instead of being angry and tilted. Just my two cents.
