you have these talents that give you +damage and + attack speed

combine that with phase boots damage and shadow blade damage and attack speed and it becomes obvious why i get it.

only phase boots, shadow blade, midas and aquila dps on a lvl 16 arc:

and i only used shadow blade, and magnetic there. add in the other 2 spells and you do a lot more
