1st problem can be remedied by not being a fucking autist and have the presence of mind to click on what you want to click. It's like saying Lion's and Shadow Shaman's hex should automatically be targeted on Blink initiators like Tide/Magnus because "sometimes not click fast enough and waste it".
MS is fine. imo supports should have the lowest base MS of all the heroes, for the sole reason that their skills rely so much on the range it can be casted on running/fleeing targets. That's why OoV and Wind Lace are one of the most cost-efficient items in-game and why people take it so much.

The only buff that Wyvern needs in my opinion is to make her cold embrace count as ally heal and let it show in the after-game stats. Please, its embarrassing especially when Lycan outclasses every other hero in that aspect.
Let her ults back to TI5 when it could act as a simple stun (you can kill the primary target), the rest of the team may retain the 70% or 100% damage reduction, I don't care
