Is leaving ur skill one on lvl 1 enough to zone offlaner? if not , how u zone as disruptor?

-imo, yes it is enough, skill 1 provide you vision and you can right click the enemy offlaner

Max glimpse all the time?

-most of the time, yes.

Ult first , or skill 3 first?

-well, there is no difference actually for me, because i use quick cast, so i just spam ER on the spot.
but, imo, if you want a specific answer, if the enemies are stunned by your team, you can cast skill 3 first, then ult. if there is an opponent like jugger when he is spinning, you count 4,5 sec, then cast your ult then skill 3. or like tinker when he tp, count to 2.5 sec, then cast your ult on the spot then skill 3. or initiator hero like tide/EShaker/magnus/axe when they blink in, just prepare your finger on your button.

Starting item build as meele support ?

if i'm going to play pos 4 omni knight, i would go for OOV, tango,obs ward,soulring recipe (total 625 gold)

how to zone offlaner? with skill 3 + boots?

not really need boots to zone off offlaner, lv.1 Degen Aura with orb of venom slow is 22% (sange's lesser maim slow is 20% with 30% proc chance), and if you are trilane with another support, you might can kill at lv 1.

Repel at lvl 8 is okay?

i don't think it is good, at least have lv 1, you want to focus other.

imo, that skill build is good enough for me if you want to focus other skill.

depends on enemies, if they lack of strong magic to burst your carry, or they lack of stuns, then yeah it might be good.

For both :

Starting items? mid game?

for disruptor, i would go like this.
early game : courier, 1 obs, tango, 3 clarity, 1 salve. and i still have 75gold, which i might use it to buy sents.
-then start to buy your shoe when you got the money, up to arcane boots (most of the time, some people goes for tranquil boots.)
-when you get a hard time to get on your arcane boots, go buy magic wand first.
-some people buy urn too (sometimes i try this, but not really used to.)

mid game : i usually buy glimmer cape to help my core in the middle of war, the magic resistance really good. then i rush agh.
-some people build forcestaff, or aetherlens, before going to agh.

for omniknight, i don't really play him a lot, maybe there is omni spammer would like to give some tips.

that's all based on my play style.
