hi guys , just a question
i saw valve's update about international (April 19th)
[This year, to distinguish the players who support The International and contribute directly to the tournament prize pool, ((all TI Battle Pass items will remain exclusive through next year’s International)) ]
my English is not that bad but i dont understand the exact meaning of the sentence
normally u cant trade the items u get form treasures until like 3 month but after that everyone can sell/buy them from market or trade
so what about this year ?
is it the same as before or all items will be exclusive to battle pass owners forever ( like Legacy of the Fallen Legion )
