1-2 coaching sessions will at best improve your mmr by 200-300, to gain like 1k+ mmr you're gonna need a lot of work
so just skip the coaching part and just analyse replays
I dont know how to analyze my replays..
I just tend to notice my mistakes after ive done them while playing

The abandon was due to electricity issues
And yeah the run down u can pretty much look at our lineup etc and If u were me you wouldve done the same Instead ofw asting 30-40 mins with toxic players and defending like shit and still lose its better to lose early on.
Anyone who has an excuse for running down mid does not deserve to improve or have a coach waste his time on him. Go back to 3k and stay there!
Dude , you feed ... bad , I dont know how the '''' you calibrated but the games that you won, you got carried. Play unranked a lot with few heroes that you like. Stop ruining other people's games :)

Im a pos 2 player calibrated at 4k2 mmr ( after smurfing) dropped to low 3k6 around in May then climbed my way back to 3954 then dropped again to 3k6 today (Double downs are a trap)
