its just really good on some hero. it helps in sutaining mana. it helps to hit hard with heroes like wk and sven. it is really good on strenght hero. that like to burst down enemy. the other alternative is SNY
it's bad, echo's active is utilised mainly with slow attack speed, which is the opposite of MoM

Dont understand the mentality behind getting both items in the same time. Sure echo sabr slows the enemy but its not worth it to spend that much gold when you have high agilty.
