or is the address for SEA server different now from the past few years? that 20-30 ping difference makes a HUGE difference for me and I'm hoping I could get answers for this
doesn't explain the difference I'm getting from the in-game ping and the cmd ping, which has been that way for me for maybe most of the first half of the year up to now

it doesn't seen like sgp-2.valve.net and sgp-1.valve.net are reflecting the ping I get from in-game.
