his base stats are really bad.
like rubick in example starts with everything better.

I rather buff his 3rd skill, doing +%max mana

So it will be
25/50/75/100 mana+2/3/4/5% max mana drain/second

And rework his ulti, really trash.Its feels like the worse version of laguna blade

You just need to increase his movt speed and cast range and you'd wish he was never buffed
