this issue is not necessarily related to dota, but clearly happens in new windows system. Just google "harddrive 100%" and you find out that for example Skype, google drive and some other softwares cause this problem in Windows 10.
Turn off a program called superfetch if u have windows 10. Google how to do it.
Enjoy not using 100% of hard drive again.

Hey guys, anybody had an issue with usage of hard drive? I mean usage and writting on the hard drive during a game.
While my dota is using 0,1MB/sec (I use like 5% of my HD), my friend has completely lagged game due to this - his hard drive is spiking between 2MB-10MB and having 100% always.
Any help appreciated.
