Thats probably because you are dumb and dont have the ability to play two seperate games properly.
Everybody where I'm from plays King of Glory, which is just another LoL rip-off on mobile.

These games will destroy yourdota skills. They still give you gold even if you did not kill creeps. You hide by entering grasses and theres no elevation blind spots wtf. Now i play dota again i lose my ability to farm and i go to jungle even at low levels making me farm and play like 1k wtf is this
