I probably got normal bs because reports in LP don't count and I played like 10 LP games.

From what I understand(not definite by any means, just based on my observation):
they've lowered their standards for who is considered toxic and who isn't
sub 4K BS(from the old system)-the ones being given grades. if you are getting grades, you're pretty toxic. If you're "D", you're sub 1K BS, which means you truly are a terrible teammate to be with
4K BS and above- "normal". which means anything goes from there.

If thats the case then it's time to get 5k I guess.
