Lich can use 3rd on ranged creeps and deny you some decisive XP which affects laning phase(which is now really important compared to old patches)
Viper is a beast. Max corrozive skill and lane is instantly won(a.k.a green cancer)
From what i noticed in my low tier
Hes easy to play
He denys xp which helps to win his lane
He has sustained haras
Hes w does well in a tier where people prefer right click carries and don't get bkb
Hes ult is good vs low mmr players.

i did play lich last game with wrath king against solo wind ranger
and the lane was shit
i gave wk free exp
and pulled and denied the ranged creep and harassed as much as i can
but lich is bad at harassing
it's wasn't a strong lane
actually it was shit
if i picked shadow shaman we would won it 10/10
so i don't understand how he is strong
he lack disables and dmg so much at early game
and his ulti depends on the enemy being grouped up (which don't happen often)
ice armor and ruining 1 lane for enemy + hes always overleveled from e and does a shitton of damage. u cant catch him coz he has 450 ms somehow and when u hit him ur slowed 30%
I remember time, when lich was overbuffed for 1 week and you could eat creep every wave. lul

Because Lich is a better offlaner, braindead and very effective.
I don't like lich either. I hate skilling up frost armor but it is what you should be doing if you want to win the game. Keep the deny shit at level 3, max nova first gg wp. But boring to play

you talk like if lich reach lvl 6 in 4 min
slow with no dmg = uselss
unless you get good early game carry with lich
his attack dmg is 47 which is shit for harrasing
on top of that you should max the e and 1 lvl on the q
which is(the q) 50 magic dmg (really great nuke...)

i agree that lich would be a great duel offlane ( i should have thought of that :P)
I randomed lich once and as we received in AR 2 supports and jungler, I went solo offlane. I was lvl 10 when their carry was lvl 6 and support lvl 3.

i think lich fit to be an offlaner more than a safe lane support
but being solo is bad he can be easily killed
so duel offlane better imo

Lich is quite passive, and better in defensive scenarios.
If you're trying to force fights, odds are your chain frost won't bounce because enemies are prepared and will try to evade the bounces.
If enemies dive you team, you can just tp to the lane and throw a good chain frost and boom you got a triple kill.
Lich offlane is also quite good.
imagine you are playing an exp-dependant carry such as slark. you have a clueless supportwho is just trying to harass the offlaner and share teh exp. enemy lich denies 2/3 of range creeps.
figure the rest out for yourself man.

i am 3k mmr and i dont play much against lich
and when i do it feels as normal as all patches
what is the big thing that ppl hate about lich this patch ?
i need some explanation [and maybe about viper too if you can plz :) ]
