Working as intended. If u play at least one low avg game then ur hero score will be permanently the equivalent to 3k no matter how many 5.5k avg games you play on the hero.

Recently all of my hero rankings have been stuck on platinum 9. They used to be in diamond, and I see people in the same MMR range as me (5.6-5.7k) having Diamond 8-10 as their division. Mine is stuck at plat 9 still eventhough I've won many games on certain heroes in high 5k or 6k average games, I've played a ton of soloq MK games but doesn't change. Was wondering if this is a bug or I'm missing something. I have the same on Ember Spirit, I used to be close to top 100 but recently I played 1 soloq game and it went down from Diamond 7 to like Plat 9, to top 700.
