its working as intended. With MKB vs a PA with 50% evasion you will have a 85% chance to hit her since evasion and accuracy stack multiplicatively. So you should be missing 15 percent of the time.

3/4 attacks will hit because of your accuracy proc.
the other remaining 1/4 of your attacks hit half of the time. half of 25% is 12.5%
12.5% + 75% = 87.5%
It should do what I said by its wording (Grants each attack a 75% chance to pierce through evasion and deal 60 bonus pure damage.) but I think you're still right.

(1-0.75) * 0.5 = 0.125
Assuming it works the same as the old backtrack, then no.
Firstly, silver edge cannot miss. Secondly, it applies a debuff which backtrack doesn't remove even if you could miss.
Backtrack just negates damage. It isn't evasion.
