1.75 seconds channeling time would be a better buff. even a support can deal more rightclick damage in 3 seconds period than that shit item
2 second channel with current damage and 25% slow for 3 seconds, no stun
Now people can buy it to add burst to a stun combo (nyx lion type)
Increase cast range by 175, reduce the channel time to 2.5s. Change stun to -50 movement and attack speed.

I think it should apply elder titan's sleep mechanic for 5 sec rather than a 2 sec stun. It would make the item worth the gold and atrocious cast time.
