One.
If you play 2-3 games a day good luck.
You can have someone feed mid , report them and then the next game have someone kill items and afk shadow amulet. TOO BAD no reports left :(
the frequency of reports needs to go up (and should given the saltyness of players) OR the level of reports to send someone to LPQ needs to be lower.
People have bad games, sometimes you fucked up a kill or two and that ruins you. bad games happen.
People who feed, kill items and run down mid should be reported and sent to LP. I almost never get reports back anymore.

theres a guys running down mid from minute 3, an sb that somehow manages to play as bad as a guy that feeds on purpose?
apparently this is normal behaviour score? i dont know what the hell happened but since this update games have gone from pleasent to absolute shitshow
especially ranked matches. the match before that i had a willow support calling gg 2 min into the game not buying wards, a TB that cried nonstop and then afk jungled and a first pick mid invo. meanwhile i killed the enemy jugg 6 times in 4 minutes and they still cried. even if you go 16/2/17 on riki solo supp people cry and rage all game.
maybe just my experience but this update to increase quality of games and punish toxic behaviour backfired as hard as it possible could
