nope its certainly much stronger than geo strike....if you have luna on your team...the clones gain the bonus agi twice...so if you get luna on your team tell her to max e and you get 52 something agi on clones with out items like 10 mins in

Yeah, that's what I thought.
There is almost NO WAY to win against a high tier Meepo player, unless your team is very coordinated, and MUCH better than the enemy. Which, if the Meepo player knows his shit with his crazy tempo, will not let happening.
This is boost heaven. Not just up until Divine 1, but outright into Immortal tier.
I don't think any hero in the game was ever near as broken as current Meepo.

Meanwhile I mentioned back a year ago or so how (almost all) ranged agility carries always get pushed back hard, and looking at current winrates, they are at the bottom of the pit now aside from a very few exceptions.

Difussal can be a thing, but I don't suggest it. No need to chase if they're dead in 1 second.
It seems you have figured out how much of a boost his tempo has gotten thanks to the third skill, try to prioritize it and abuse the shit out of it, or wreck enemy lanes before they can even start their game.
