@Shank: hard supporting properly those apes that don't respect role distribution is sometimes the losing play.
Picking troll as hard support is a signal that the guy doesn't respect his team and seems to be tilted from last game (he might have lost cause another ape did like him). These are 2 red flags.
You know the kind of guy that dives their t1 (losing play) while you are backdooring their outposts at 9:50 (winning play) whereas you called it three times.
You know this kind of guy that rathers get all his ranged creeps denied (losing play) than you securing them (winning play).

The only exception is see are the ones like one of my smurfing friend who stole roles several times but informed the team saying 'main immo, let me pos1/2, easy win. thx'.

i can at least mention that dazzle game, you know better how much u tilted.

as u can see a random factor like "my core picked sniper" affects your overall mmr by far less than an static variable like "tilt" which u controlling it and nobody else!
thats why ppl playing this game retard, if anybody feels he is not the main factor of the game he simply quit.
