Afaik Spectre is the meta carry atm, Ursa, Slark and Clinkz have been strong recently, but have probably taken a backseat to Spectre, Sven and Wraith King amongst others. I think Terrorblade is actually in a relatively good place at the moment though, the removal of movement speed slow during metamorphosis is a pretty strong buff, its just a shame his counters are meta atm.
