I hope you all great today.

As the topic title says my dotabuff is not showing my mmr when I visit the profile on the page, any ideas why is this happening?

Dotabuff has stopped showing the MMR Number since Medals were introduced which is 4-5 years ago.

But then why I can see other peoples mmr and not mine?

Because those mmrs were exposed before the medal system, also those are not their latest mmr.
