Because valve tracks your PC info, and links your old acc with the new one so it gets the same mmr. Stomp enough games and it will go up.

Good morning, I've seen that in Russian servers it has a KDA of 1.0 in the first game but with VHS, how do I play it on US servers and it always gives me normal skill. Could someone be so kind as to help me get a VHS on the first game
