Almost every game, you find players wishing for mass genocide on the race of other players over something as small as stealing a lane creep.
Just imagine, someone saying "Hey, that's very racist and offensive" in a game of dota, that person will get flamed for the entire duration of the game by both teams. like it or not.

Overall, I think policing racism brings too much attention to it and that cases of intolerance should be handled locally.
In case they are ignored and normalised, THEN the whole world should hear about it and act accordingly.
I will never judge an individual based on their nation/race but I also won't be solipsist and ignore tendencies.
For instance - Swedes are mega racist, disgustingly favouritist and corrupt, mostly lazy and inept, soft and cold, with barely any human decency or loyalty.
The long lasting memes where they are ridiculously tolerant and accepting of others - are a farce.
