Ok forget my first post.
Ill do an mock example for antimage:
AM drums winrate = 40%
AM basher winrate = 80%
Item value = (1/(1 - winrate))/gold
Drums value = (1/(1 - 0.4))/1850 = 0.9009
Basher value = (1/(1 - 0.8))/2950 = 1.6949
Therefore basher worth more for increasing winrate for its worth of gold
^I multiplied answers by 1000 for better numbers
There's more to take into account because a lot of early game items that have a big impact on the game are sold as the game progresses to a conclusion.
Dotabuff only takes in account items in players' inventory at the moment of Throne going down. So, if player had some particular item in the early game, but exchanged it for another - you'll not get him into statistics.
Also, winrates are heavily biased by peoples going default builds. For example, look at Medusa's page. She has gradually increasing win-rate with Linken's>Manta>Skadi>Butterfly, but it doesn't means that Butterfly is crazily amazing on Medusa and you should rush it. It only means, that Medusa with 4 big items has ~80% win-rate.
Same goes for luxurity items, you wouldn't normally buy. Drow, for example has great win-rate with Dagon 5. New meta?
Same goes for Basher on AM. Usually you will go Battlefury, Manta, Butterfly, Heart, Blink Dagger, Eul, Dagon, etc. before going Basher, therefore it has big winrate.
Fair enough. Still it could shed insight into some items still. Like drums vs vanguard?
And yeah I still stand by Slark DR, although I've been having more success with Sniper DR. :p

If someone here is good at maths, basically I'm looking for something that will tell me what items are actually good for a specific hero, but relatively.
I would love this as a feature.
